Is the S1 number 3 or 6 ?

Funny thing seeing that Silver Special you used to have as I also have stored a Silver Special within a few registration places of that!

I've had it 17 years and got it from Medway, Pride and Clark dealer sticker still on it still runs and it's comming to the grave with me.

Wow that is uncanny mate. The missing digits on mine are 67 so it was JLU867D. Not sure if mine came from Pride and Clark originally but was sold to me in 1969 by Watson Cairns in Leeds and before that Eddie Grimsteads. With the front No plate being identical though I wouls have thought that there was a possibility.

That bike must of been from Pride and Clark then then as this plate was within 20 plates to yours, (considering the no plate placing etc).
P.S. I'm only the 3rd owner of this bike!

really refreshing to see the bikes of people who owned scooters for the sheer joy of it when they were worth 50 quid and used as daily transport. that Anncilotti seat with the two white stripes was my ambition at 14!. :?
