its only to cover over the flywheel, ive got an external pick up and trigger sticks out a long way, mainly as ive removed a lot from the flywheel, it will stop the pickup from getting damaged.

Well... how did it go?! It sounds good!

it seems to go pretty well, i do need to run it in before i dare to give it some welly, carb will need setting up, im sure it will be weak, so i will get it on a dyno to be sure, but first impressions are good.

Sounds nice that exhaust turned out well as well as the rest well done holty

cheers garry, yes exhaust does sound good, time will tell how much power its got, but its very torquey , its got a gt200 gearbox and 17 front sprocket, but it pulls very easy through the gears.

Well done that man sounds mint looking forward to seeing a full test /Dyno run

after ryans piston melting problems with his rotax, it has been suggested that these big engines need a bigger stinger in the end of the exhaust so i have been altering my exhaust, removing the 26mm pipe and fitting a 30mm replacement
