Maybe I missed it somewhere, but why do you have 2 fuel flaps?

Super build btw!

the fuel tank is forward now where you would find the toolbox, so i had to find a way of getting fuel in the tank, hence another opening and another flap, ive mounted mt radiator inside my legshield toolbox

Getting there now looks good how have you mounted the tank as your Mutch further over from the normal centre bracket

i picked up a bracket at a car boot that clamps around the tube and has a bolt on each side to tighten it up, then welded a plate to that that has a tank rubber on each end so the straps go around my new bracket and the old mountings, which i bolted some extensions to, its nice and solid but sits on rubber to absorb any vibrations
