looks good holty how are you working out the tuned length too suit the engine tune or are you just making it fit and see what adjustments may be needed

your on the right wavelength there garry, yes ive added a few centimeters in a couple of places the help fitment, but more importantly to get the length needed.

I learnt from Martin at chiselspeeds when he trys his ads 3/5/6 he has them on the wall as a length of pipe with the combustion chamber but can fit each one by the two exhaust studs and has them sticking out from the side on the dyno looks weard but you can see the length difference in each pipe which we no is so important you'll sort it holty you have engineered harder projects than this

clutch spider altered to fit the basket, its bolted and welded, built the welds up the fingers a bit to add support

clutch basket extended, i will be reducing the size a bit later when ive worked out how many plates i can squeeze in

thats some neat welding on the basket why not try for an 8 plate packer plate for casing extend kickstart shaft go on holty be the first go on go on

ive got 2 5mm packers and the extended center bush and kickstart extension , i intend to get 2 sixplate conversions and see how many plates i can get in :mrgreen:
