Well, my LC project is over two years now and I was daft enough to think I was nearly done, but there's no end in sight. So, 6 months is quick in my eyes!

have you popped the piston out to see where the leak is ,i.e. the pistom seal or bore

the leak is in the "middle ring" so not around the brass part and not around the part that connects to the alu.

love this bike, did you replace coolant? daf truck extended life coolant has an orange hew to it (colour) may be better than green

lovin it.how has the clutch gone? is it sorted? am thinking of this conversion for mine.

clutch has been sorted, but we have some flow issues with the cooling, until then ill not put in the orange coolant.... however been out of town for the last week or so... going to bring it back to the workshop hopefully this weekend.

also have some small airbrushing ideas we are going to do...

The bike is just too bloody fast for normal driving btw...

good news about clutch mate . glad its all going well but whats up with the flow of coolant?
