First ride. Carb is a bit too rich. Engine runs quite fine, torquey and very responsive at each throttle opening. Clutch is smooth and way better than the one fitted on my daily PX200.

News from the SS.
After two hundred miles accomplished, I must confess this Super Sport pull like a horse hight on coke. Pretty pleasant. I guess the short gear ratio is here to ease the sensation of speeding. The only prob is the scary diving fork when braking. As a brain damaged collector, I firstly decided to keep the original asbestos brake paddles. After inspection it looked like they were hardened by the time gone by. Time for a change! I swept the front shock too for a modern BGM (I know, that's a pretty ugly misfit but it's very efficient)

Whats the overall increase in power on a standard ss180 in BHP terms and MPH please ?
