Hi all

Just picked up a li150 S3 project.

The guy I bought the bike from knew nothing about scoots and gave me an extra complete 175 tv engine he had laying around!

Before I knew about the extra engine the plan was to upgrade the li150 engine just a bit, like 12v electric and a few other bits.

What do I do now? Use the TV engine or try to sell it and use the money for the rest for the project?

What would you do?!

Personally I would overhaul the Tv2 motor, great engine in my humble opinion.

Best of luck.

I'd use the TV engine too. TV crank makes for a smoother engine. Many say that the TV175 was Innocenti's finest hour. .....

They've obviously never ridden an RB250 though.
