Here's a new MBD speedo in Mouses new headset.

Have a service, product or something to share with the members of Scooterotica?

In view of the comment above, can anyone confirm if the speedo is still only available with a green backlight?

Whilst the reliability/function of the speedo is the most important thing, I have to admit that I agree with minotaur that a white LCD display would be much more universal - the green light is the one thing making me consider the SIP speedo instead, as the green would look odd with the colour scheme of the project I'm planning.

Green backlight only at the moment. No plans to change that.

the battery in my speedo died. most likely because of the constant freezing cold this winter and the general lack of use of the speedo. do i need to change the battery (and if how?) or is it going to be revived upon firing up the scoot? i take it i need to set it up from scratch though?!

The battery will recharge when you start running the scooter again. I'm not sure if you will have lost your settings.

That link is viable, but the walk-thru for the speedo install is no longer there.

Did these get sorted in the end or was it another good idea let down by poor suppliers :(
TS1 and PX stay in the garage (future barn finds) out on the GTS 300 when I go out on a scooter.
I know I’ll get there and back
