TSR Exhaust Vs ADS3 and the missing tailcan bracket debate

Does the 'short' bracket need to be bent at 90 degrees? with the round hole fitting to the lower rear damper mount? Only way I can see it fitting.

Regarding the mounting bracket they are the same that come with the Bullet and Hornet ect ,I have had 3 in totally some pre/bent from maker and one I had bent myself and all fairly useless to be honest .

It's not my side case, this is a Bullet or Voyager from Pipe Design. I posted the pictures long ago when someone asked how to use the bracket.
