Ive done some of these too with a lambretta stamp - same price.
They also fit the MB DEVTOUR pipes.
Weight is around 850g per can - Before making these cans we tested various different end-can designs and came to the conclusion that this was the best one in terms of noise level as well as ability to easily repack. I think the weight is ok.

We have just discovered that the "sterling" pipe stud design despite looking like the PM is actually a little off so if you are lucky enough to own a sterling pipe unfortunatly these cans wont quite work on them.
In other news we have a new lambretta expansion pipe built by us and designed and dyno developed by Marco Rentzmann of Pipe-design.de
