ive pulled this kit together comprising of 15 items in total to form a comprehensive leakdown testing and sealing kit for lambretta engines

2 exhaust plates for each cylinder type with 2 seals

4 different sized carb bungs for the smallest carbs 22/24/25 - 28/30 - 32/34 right up to 36/39mm carbs complete with 4 tyre valves fitted

1 footpump with pressure gauge

1 aluminium spray bottle

1 tube of loctite 5910

this came about as a few friends wanted a kit but didnt want to pay £160 for the motion pro kit i use so set about pulling a low cost kit together for them that i have decided to offer to all

leakdown testing is the most important part of good engine building as drawing in air is most certainly gonna blow the motor ,lambretta engines in particular suffer badly from air leaks in many areas so is a neccessity to check.

price is £59 so a 1/3 of the motion pro kit

if you have a footpump or compressor with tyre inflator and spray bottle and sealant already
then the plates kit can be bought for £42 and postage cost will be reduced considerably as will fit in a small jiffy bag

You thought about offering kits with just the options folks require? I.E.

28/30 with std exhaust
32/34 with oval

Plus or minus the other bits?

Nice idea

The 'Carb bungs' incorporate the air valve then?

Different approach to the 'usual?' exhaust + inlet bung and plug mounted pressure regulator/monitor.
