No, not tested yet.My thought was to get it on the dyno and maybe play around with the choke jet sizes before Mallory test day. One other thing that may cause problems is cold starting a road scoot and having to keep the lever pressed whilst warming the scoot up so I've toyed with trying to use a cable splitter therefore keeping the standard choke as well.

ive found the opposite its easier for cold starting as normally its choke on then start cold motor then it stalls so reach down and turn off and start again , if pilot is big enough and mixture screw set right choke only needs to be on for a few seconds to initially start then release choke which is easily done with one hand on the throttle , lean pilots and over advanced ignition will cause difficult starting

had some nice feedback below from giancarlo (giankx on here) who ordered 2 kits for his scoots and fitted them

Received today and fitted. Really easy, everything FITS, without fettling or cutting. No bodging required. I didn't need to remove my horncast, the cable was routed under a small hole into the lower part of the headset and down into the fork. Thank you Darrell, money well spent!

Confirm everything, on my TMX 35 and VHSH 30mm the choke spring is hard enough to let lever fully return.
Just a tip, i've filed some allory from the lower part of the lever, where the bolt fits. This allow the bolt tu fully screw into the bracket so now the lever is moving freely without losing the bolt with its movement.

thanks again for feedback,
having checked thru the various kits ive found that a handful have a pinch bolt on the lever that when fully tightened down or overtightened will give resistance but found when i moved the lever back and forth around 20 times it freed up,despite this ive machined down a handful of tight levers as well as drilling cable holes to ease fitment

any pics please Giancarlo
