Hi yes its made in a separate mould then bonded onto the panel so its part of the panel

30 yrs ago we used to put something like this but in metal on the rear frame above the wheel i made about 20 for club members as i was a welder at the time .i noticed recently that someone had resurrected this idea and claimed it to be new ..................
id seen the idea on a scooter in Scarborough in 1982 and it wasnt new then
