Like a lot of things with a billet case. 60 stroke, 76mm bore there is an LC head to suit and a special monster crank with CR250 rod.

Big Block kit will be supplied with 66mm 350LC piston up to 66.5mm then there are all other options available with laser cut packing plates including TS1, DT175 and IT200 pistons. If the economics work out I'll make a dedicated range of pistons for big and small block kits.

Very impressive. Commercial or personal project? :)

A bit of both, tooling for head, cylinder and manifold is done. Crank is designed (60 stroke, 60mm wide, CR250 rod), ignition and piston are available (RS125). It is only the cases that are missing......at the moment.

Ie is it oversized to promote cooling such as the TT3?
Did you test proto type? If yes what we're the results?
Good job.

good to see the big blocks appearance, should be a good performer, any pics of the ports within the bore,im interested to see the new profile
i like the cast choice ,in a world of everchanging fuels and situations where big car manufacturers are struggling with plating systems its a safer option ,also a few less processes keeps costs down
the other benefit is a nip on an iron kit stands a good chance of cooling down and firing back up or a clean up job but many a nip on a plated cylinder will be game over except for the odd gilardoni and poeton systems that survive well

the new year motor is that correct 60 stroke 76 bore ,272cc ,is the short stroke design part of a retro fit option to std cases as without constrainst on case/webs/cylinder as all are new redesigns then a long stroke design and its superior port area benefits would be an obvious choice ?
