Basic carb comes from Dellorto with set factory jetting.
Factory jetted with
X2 needle.
115 Main jet.
55 Pilot jet.
AS266 atomiser.
40 slide.
200 float needle jet
70 choke jet
Flip choke [ie, has no way of attaching a cable to your choke lever, so only good on a scooter with no panels]
Sold like this it generally costs from £80 depending where you buy it from.
You're probably going to bin at least the needle, the atomiser and the flip choke and should really bin the float needle jet too if you're running a tuned motor [which is most likely everyone as otherwise you wouldn't be fitting a 30 mm carb]. There's never one fixed jetting that would work for all kits on all engines so you need an overlap of various components to play around with to get the jetting spot on, either through trial and error with the aid of plug checks or getting it set up on a dyno.
So here's your complete package to suit most Lambretta applications.
Factory jetted Dellorto PHBH 30 mm plus the following ...
X7 and X13 needles.
Main jets from 100 to 140 [16 spare jets]
Pilot jets from 40 to 60 [8 spare jets]
AV264 and AV266 atomisers.
45 slide.
270 float needle jet.
Cable choke convertion kit.
Adding the above pushes the total price up to £199.00
But you still need ...
Inlet manifold.
Manifold rubber and clips.
Air filter [I'd recommend the Breath Sweet version as it fits to the plastic bellmouth on the carb, unlike the ramair which fits direct to the carb with the bellmouth removed and drops the opening down from 60mm to 43mm]
XL nylon lined throttle cable complete with adjustable nipple at the headset end.
Adding the above pushes the price up to £270. You do get to keep the factory parts that I remove though.
So now you know why carb price kits vary so much. I've never seen a kit as extensive as the above. Check out all the individual prices for needles, slides, atomisers etc, via the usual network of respected dealers and it'll most likely add up to much more with the exact same specifications.

That came to £181.00 plus £6 P&P.
