FAQ

Q: Why have Casa and Jet200 merged?

A: The opportunity presented itself to bring two great shops together and combine a lineup of quality parts that has not been seen before in North America. Jet200 had MBD and BGM distribution in addition to an easy online ordering system and outstanding customer service. Casa had Casa Lambretta distribution, a direct relationship with Vittorio Tessera, and Jon Kroge’s restoration and mechanical expertise. Toss in a budding relationship with AF Rayspeed and it was easy to see that the time was right to bring everything together under one roof.

Q: What does this change mean to me?

A: It means you can get just about everything you need from one source. We have easy online and phone ordering plus an inventory that is unrivaled. Stock parts, performance items, stuff for your D/LD – all in one spot.

Q: Will you still provide service and restorations?

A: Yes! Jon Kroge is a world-renowned Lambretta mechanic and restoration expert (and trained in Italy by Vittorio!). He will continue to provide the quality and attention to detail he always has. At this time we will no longer take on new Vespa service - we are a Lambretta only shop.

Q: Where will the new shop be located?

A: The combined shop will be located in Denver, CO. All service, restoration and parts distribution will come from here.

Q: Who are the people behind the combined companies?

A: Well, you still have Jon Kroge providing service, restoration, technical advice, and fulfilling orders. Mark Houghton will be answering your calls and emails, taking your orders, keeping parts in stock and offering technical advice. Craig Bachler – man about town - will be doing product development, tuning/performance, and offering his considerable expertise on whatever it is that he is an expert on that day (Just kidding! He’s actually quite good).

Q: What happened to Alex?

A: Nothing and everything. Alex still lives in Miami, he’s a good friend, Lambretta owner/rider, LCUSA club member, proud new Papa, our resident Italian translator, and busy being incredibly successful shipping goods between Italy and the United States.

Q: What else should I know?

A: You should know that everyone here is a committed Lambretta enthusiast. We live and breathe Lambretta all day, everyday. We do what we do because we loved keeping these beautiful machines alive and on the road. Customer satisfaction and offering the highest level of service are something that we take seriously. Making you happy makes us happy. We do this by making sure you have easy ordering options (website, phone service), that we are helpful and respectful when answering your questions, that we are in constant communication with you regarding your order, restoration, or service work and that you receive any part from us quickly and accurately.
