These are matched early P200 casings
7 spring standard clutch with new surflex plates and springs.
Correct 200 g/b with MEC cruciform.
Balanced Mazz crank
Cush drive rebuilt
New bearings and seals- full rubber corteco drive side seal (yamabonded in).
Kick start buffers
New engine mounts
Topped off with a genuine Piaggio barrel and piston at 66.5, had a light hone and new rings.
Piston windows opened and ports tidied up.
Head is skimmed and fitted with ali spacer to bring it back to correct standard late spec size, could be reduced if required.
New barrel and casing studs, loads of new fixings.
New kickstart pedal
Chrome carb and selector box top.
Carb studs and shoulder bolts
New rubber seal to carb box.
Comes with rear hub and brake shoes.
It's missing flywheel & stator, CDi bracket, cowlings and air filter.
I have a 26mm SI carb but it's untested, looks fine which is included.
Has had a professional repair on swing arm to correct it, previously been cut to accommodate a SIP wide wheel rim.
