The number plate has the city of Cotia in Soa Paulo State, Brasil on it. My wife was born in Brasil, and her grandfather who lives in Rio has told me before that he owned a Lammy back in the day. He eventually sold it after falling off it a couple of times, but he did say he enjoyed riding it very much . I did once find a great clip of people racing Lamies in Sao Paulo, the wife translated the dialogue for me. Not sure how to post you tube links, no doubt some one may help.
