Not to certain Sean, had half a tank and on reserve just on return but with these fast flow taps the reserve is rather large..popped camlam breathsweet off and no fuel sat in there and tiny drops on rear runner so not to bad on spit back.sean brady scooters wrote:whats it like on fuel consumption Andy...?
Just ordered new choke tap as mine not survived the winter boxing as its hardly pulling the choke on from cold so had to remove can and pull cable manually and fired straight up...

I do not try to explain why I ride Lambrettas,
For those who understand, no explanation is necessary,
For those who don't, no explantion is possible.

Wow 2010 since an update of my scooter lol, this last winter has seen a bit of a tidy up of Von Dutch after 3 years and countless miles to rallys, work and general wizzing around and the rust and general dings just had to be tided up plus the introduction of a few new bits..
New Seat C/O Corrado ( back to a small seat feck my chronic back pain it just looks better with a small seat)
Custom 1 off flying eye caliper plate
Custom 1 off Avanti mudflap
Custom 1 off Avanti splashplate
SIP rims (not yet fitted)
Rose joint to front anti dive disc
Custom mirror (C/O Corrado)
Motogp style back brake pedal C/O Knowledge (very nice bit of kit)
New upgrade crank for the Avanti (not yet fitted)
R/H panel to have paint damage(not yet done)
rear runners in for re paint (was a mess)
New Avanti Franspeed race (fecking awesome)
Stator rewire and epoxy
Finally got some spare time this afternoon from my busy work schedule (7 days a week at the mo) to get it put back together and ready for a visit to scooterotica garage for the new crank re dyno and SIP rims fitting, pictures in the sun ye the yellow thing in the sky we aint seen for some time

How you getting on with the Avanti kit?
Are the lads going to start playing with the kit soon as originally quoted? Be good to see the results, don't know many who have been playing with the kit yet and what its potential is.
