Image

the color will be triumph speed triple green very small metal flake with a two tone gray stripe all round and race sponsors over it, faded checks all air brushed no stickers.

Part 3 - February This Year
The Headset Conversion

headset back view, as you can see i am still using the old switch housing's

brake master mounted
Image

clutch master mounted
Image

it all looks very easy and straight forward but what a night mare all the
metal shaft work was odd ball sizes, putting 1 tub inside another welding
and machining it down and making a mount for the brake master too fit on too
so it did't turn with the throttle tube.
Image

brake mount

a new throttle tube machined and a pully wheel spacer.

Part 5 - March This Year

just to keep everyone up to date here are a few more pics, again not really done too much this month
to the scooter waiting for bits from fabricators, engravers and platers. This is all i seem to do is
wait, wait & wait :-/ :-/ :-/

I found some cool purple Titanium Dome Head bolt From Pro-Bolt
they do look great close up.

I have finally found some green Pro-Bolt bar end after 8 months of looking and had to buy them
and ship them in from the US, because pro-bolt have stopped doing this color, also had the
sun dance grips machined down so i can fit them
Image

also had the fuel tank back which has had the Kawasaki filler cap put in to it.
Image

as you can see the cold build is nearly there now just a few more small thing to add rear
brake lever, floor etc.

i have had the master cylinders & levers back engraved and chromed i will get them fitted and
take some more pictures soon.

hiya all my parts were done by qulity chrome in hull for the gold and chrome, and adi clark for all my engaving. I have used midas touch once but not again I had a few bits golded and when they came back they were crap and you could see though it, it was that thin so I sent them off to qulity chrome to be redone
