Post pics & videos of your scooter, projects you're working on, a lovely Vespa that you saw at a rally, or anything else scooter related.

Couple of pictures of my T5. Bought in January in a right state although to be fair i didn't pay very much for it. Hadn't been on the road for a few years and came with bent forks and a 172 reedvalved engine that was slower than a standard T5. I've got it looking reasonable for the time being with new forks and mudguard, belly pan and tubeless wheels. The original paintwork cleaned up ok. The engine has been re-built (found the casings to have been very heavilly ported) and now uses the standard carb on a reed plate adaptor from Adrian Newnham. The original SIP exhaust has been changed to a JL righty. The scooter now powers along like it should. I'm keeping it like this until next Autumn when it's getting stripped down for a full re-build.

its good to see scoots like this easily reincarnated and back on the road for little money the only cost is a little know how.
Well done health to enjoy............................

Very nice m8. Is that a Beedspeed belly pan ? If so how's the fit ? I'm after one for my PX.

Cheers.

Yes the belly pan is from Beedspeed.
Fixes to the frame using 6 bolts.
You have to drill holes so remember to use something to rust proof it afterwards.
