Getting closer to getting some primer on it,
Frame is Douglas
Lammy GP200 fork, top half Vespa
ET4 top bearing, VW gearbox bottom bearing, Custom made fork tube
SS180 headset
GP turning front mudguard, modified to look LI.
Engine is Polini 208, widened exhaust port,ported casings
28 Keihin, Mikuni pump.
stock PX 200 pipe
left hand pod is now gas tank, with a header tank under gas cap
Old SIP rear disk been heavily lightened with the CNC, and modified to made it easy to remove rear wheel, SSC rear disk master cylinder.

The front end reminds me of a Kelvinator. Impressive work though.
Very nice work indeed, some very nice touches. Good engineering, keep the pictures coming.
