All stripped down to its individual parts,the steering ring will be coming off as soon as i find my 'steering ring removal tool'!

The legshields however are not quite as good as previously thought,a wad of fibreglass and underseal hid a multitude of sins!!

Shouldn't be a problem,the feller doing the job is a classic car restorer,so this type of repair should be an easy fix!!

Parts have been blasted,and had a quick coating of 'primer',to keep the rust at bay.............................

Now waiting for the filling/flatting/priming/painting man to do his thing.......... 8-)
Also in need of some welding to the horncasting,and a replacement 'wide' flywheel cover!!.......The project continues 8-)
