Well, as it goes I was going to give the Lambretta a little revamp over winter...nothing too mad, just tart up and suit it to my liking more. That was then......
This is now
Well here it is with some panels and leggys I've cut to suit..
It's been a pain in the arse if I'm honest, first attempt of doing this so the learning 'curve' is pretty vertical.
I change my mind everyday what to do with her, and one day i decided on having a hinged frame loop.....wouldn't have if I had known then how much of a pain it is has been!
So I'm sending it to the welders this Friday, get the toolbox door welded up and the side panels welded on and a few extra plates for the hinge and catch.
And hopefully building myself a tank to give the loop a purpose as such.
Well I suppose ill try keep this updated if I remember.
Cheers
So I got carried away....cutdown build.
mr wacks cutdown providing inspiration i see

Do you have a link or a picture, there's a good chance I've seen it but off the top of my head I can't think what it looks like.
The rear shape was decided after I saw a madspeed cutdown with similar rear to this, just tweaked it a wee bit
I've tried keeping it somewhat original, but its hard not to be inspired by some of the cutdowns out there!!
