Just thought I'd post up a couple of pics of a cutdown I have been building over the late summer and early winter months. I forgot to take any early pics unfortunately. The frame was already cutdown, but I trimmed it a bit more!!:) The seat pressing I have raised at the rear by moving the rear support bracket above the rear shock mount.
The engine is an old Iron barrel Kegra tuned Suzuki stage 5 225, the barrel is scribed at the bottom by Graham Best. It is running a Amal 34 mil carb, although I may change this, and a radically redesigned Micron exhauist from the 80's.
Not shown in the pics is the one off seat has now been covered with a gel pad fitted underneath, and it is also fitted with re bushed RD350 rear shock. Will post up some more pics when I get the opportunity of the finished scooter
