Nice that Paul.

I haven't been on here for a while, nice to see that the cut down will be on the road at last ;)

Yes, Rich, frame bought 2007. Actually got it started yesterday :P Having mentally prepared myself for quite a quiet tickover, the noise from the Clubman (battered and old) almost woke the dead :!:

Finally finished and road legal, Frame (already cut GP125) bought back in 2007. Indian GP headset, Italian GP forks, Yamaha TA fibreglass seat base, Vietnamese Vega leggies, Hagon rear shock, Escort dampers.

If anyone's interested, the engine (only done 50 miles so far) is an unmatched GP 125 casing, GT186barrel, reedvalve, porcupine head. Indian GP crank webs with 115mm Yamaha RD400 conrod. 8mm packer. BGM v2 stator, Indian lightened flywheel.

Carb is a PHBH 30 with RamAir filter___ when I've done 200-300 miles I'm going to put it on the dyno but at present it's on a 55 pilot; AV264 /x13 (2nd clip); main 122; needle valve 300; choke 70. Gut feel tells me that this jetting is not far out.

Gearing__Spanish S3 Li150 5.2 4th gear ratio. Small gaps 1-2, 2-3 and a whopper 3-4. Gearing was deliberately like this for doing the Beamish Time Trial. If I can pick up a reasonably priced Italian S3 Li150 box sometime, I may swap this.

Big thanks to Jason at Absolutely for turning my ideas on the frame and paint into reality, and to Rich Taylor at Granturismo for reassuring me that the conrod would be fine for his kit :fb:
