Hi all thought i'd share my series 1 project. Had the scoot since March its been slow progress due to time and cash but managed to get some time on it over christmas.. Still lots to do hope to have it finished by summer.

Thanks Dean, yep will be a full dry build, no paint until i'm 100% happy

Looks good. I like the Lucas spots on a series 1, reminds me of an old scootering centrespread with a row of about 6 series 1s all done like that.

looking good .... any chance of anymore info on the floorboard embellishers. Been looking for a decent set for a while, and have you added a rubber trim to them?

Lovely..... :smug: :smug: simply my favorite, oh! and btw that is a 1958 framebreather. In 1959 all the Series 1's had airboxes like the TV series 2 :wink:

There is a chap in Spain that rebuilds them old school. I am finding out if he would do them for series 2 as well.
