Are all series 3 non chrome ring legshields ( LI/tv/SX) the same shape? I know my eyesight ain't brilliant but some look wider at top than others.

Looks like a big chunks been cut out, could this possibly be the reason for nipping up when all else is set up on the safe side?

ok new big bore s2 pipe,cant get a seal on the manifold/barrel joint, doesnt appear to be weak in any way but there is an oily weep on the exhaust...
