i use a standard PX 150 cylinder with a polini pipe and a bigger jet in the carb, all fitted into a standard sprint and it pulls fine. The PX 125 cylinder is more to get around the UK learner laws and the PX engine was actually designed around the 150 cylinder (so i have been told)

Personaly i wouldnt bother with a reed valve on a 125. It sounds like you have been going through the SIP parts book and gone wild (we all done it) However what i would suggest is to keep it simple, especially if you dont have much experience of engine building and tuning. Hopefully you are putting the cage on the forks the right way? ie cage down on the lower track .If so check the lower frame track is in the frame rebate correctly and not twisted or loose. If this is ok then I would check the frame and forks are not bent. Just spent the afternoon stripping the fork...
