Re: What 2 stroke?

I live in Thailand and currently run an NSR250 which has been converted to 300 it cruises at 150-160 kph at 9000-9500 rpm (about 180 kph, maybe 200 between refuel) and I use Shell VSX in the black container. http://www.shell.co.th/en/products-services/on-the-road/oils-lubricants/advance/_jcr_content...

That you could fix it with JB Weld or some form of plastic metal. Just make sure it is clean and oil free before d...

Trick paint combinations query

I remember back in the day riders would chrome their side panels and then over spray to get a candy apple type of finish. Has anyone experimented with trick colour combinations or effects.

Re: MB Clutch Springs vs Readspeed Clutch Springs....

What is the length of spring when installed in a clutch and why did you feel the need to compress both to the point of being coil bound? Surely the amount of weight required to compress the spring to its operating length would be more useful in determining the strength of each spring? I know nothing...

Re: Long-Term Restoration Project

If you need a hobby then buy one that is essentially whole and in one piece. I am wrestling with the same dilemma and here the book is the most important thing. So as has been advised get one whole that is or has been registered. I still have the barn job i found in the back of my head but if it doe...
