Re: Clutches for P200e
P200 is 23/65 standard, have a look on scooterhelp at their gearing calculator for a guide. I'm currently looking for a 65t cog for my spare engine and struggling to find one second hand. My preference for a tuned engine is 23/65 on a 125 box, but never tried the 67t cog in any combination so who kn...

Re: Baffled x2
Hi again fellas, I've had another crack at this. Found a dodgy joint just after the resistor on the pcb, and have now bridged the gap. This fixed my fuel gauge! Re: Polini D.30 flat slide Racing 30mm carburettor
A friend of mine has a 28mm bgm pwk and has given up with it. Gone over to a phbh.
Even after having it setup by a reputable dyno tuner it's still giving him grief.
Mightn't apply to you at all but just something to consider

Re: Baffled x2
Hi guys so I've been out to mine and now have all 4 indicators working, had a break in the engine side panel cable. Still have no fuel gauge although I've earthed it at the sender plug, and it doesn't move at the Speedo end. Nor do i have an indicator warning light at the Speedo end. Everything is w...

Re: Baffled x2
So, I've now sorted out my mates scooter by earthing out the fuel sensor plugs as suggested above. This activated the light and the gauge, proving that the sender is at fault. Thanks for that!
