The 2 commonly used needles in the PHBL25 are the D22 and the D26. Where you have 2 different measurements, in this case the taper measurement "C", D22 = 18mm and D26 = 20mm, longer = thinner and thinner allows more fuel passed it, hence as Yamlam says it'll be richer for a 2mm section in ...

I'd also fit flat washers on top of the head studs to spread the load to prevent damaging the paint on the Sip rim. I use K nuts that are used on Karts, they are 8mm thread (obviously) but have a flange that seats into the recess on the Sip rim (same size as the flange on the Sip nut) and use a 10mm...
