I find the carb and the reeds to be louder than the pipe under acceleration I hear the pipe at Idle Maybe an Intake Muffler is in order? Also the Gauge of Metal on the expansion chamber will resonate different frequencies from high to low. Your jetting will give off different frequencies too. Might ...
