I am chasing my tail trying to find a cyclone box. The official uk dealer is Stuart Owen, but he is no longer trading?
whats the deal?
The Rimini website seems static too, no news on there either.
Are they struggling to keep up with returns? Are all the manufacturing probs sorted now?

Bgm box pipe on a 250?
Hello peeps. I have a rapido 250 with a reed valve and wanted a tad more power and a little more over-rev than the current AF box pipe I have. I was put off the bgm one by someone who said the tail pipe is too small for a 250? Is this an issue? Any thoughts would be great. A Dyno compared to a stand...

Re: Is it an air leak?
I checked the flow rete from the tank and it was 900ml a min. I wrecked a ts1 due to fuel starvation. An expensive lesson

Re: Is it an air leak?
All the miles have been tootling around town so far. No open throttle as yet. I thought it might be a dodgy carb, so I swapped the main jet, atomiser, needle and pilot from my Vespa to check, but it's still the same. Both are phbh 28mm. it starts great, then runs great after the choke is turned off,...

Re: Is it an air leak?
I purchased the motor from a good mate of mine. It was 'slung' together by AF rayspeed. It did 2 miles before nipping up on him. I sent it to Harry Barlow for a check over and rebuild, with an upgrade to reed valve. I popped over to sunny Leicester for Harry to jet it up for me and all seemed well. ...

Is it an air leak?
I have just been out for a ride on my reed-valves rapido 250. Very nice it is too. Pulls well from no revs and is a pleasure to ride, up until a point....... After about 2 miles, the revs start to climb and it seems to lean-up. At this point I put the choke on and tootle home. This has happened a fe...

Re: Getting the rear wheel rim and tyre on a series 1!
It's a Dunlop TT91. Hardly a winter tyre. I am going to get some of those winter tyres, me thinks, when I have a few spare quid.
Could anyone post a link to that side panel bracket modification please?

Getting the rear wheel rim and tyre on a series 1!
I have just had a 'Basil Faulty' moment it the shed. You know, the one where he beats the car with a branch because it won't start? Mine was getting the rear wheel rim and tyre back on and the 'branch' was a rubber mallet, luckily, or it could have been messy. I have had a couple of series 2's and a...

Re: Air Leak?
I have just stripped it down and found that ridge in the rubber. I smoothed it off with a fine file then siliconed it on with loctite. I hope this cures the problem. I will give it 24 hours to set before trying it again.....
Thanks Darrell.
