I purchased that one yesterday, it is a good match for a GP type head set top. It will only need a bit of fettling to get it to fit.

Because the bike was more than 5 mins old it is had to get parts for. I had to get an exhaust made for it in the end. Pro-pipe in the states made one for me...

In 1978 in was owned by Russel Longly, he got it from John Loving. Next Toby Wood owned it and paid the high price o...

Hi all, I will also measure the volume of the conecting hose aswell. It is a large hose with a large bore. I will do this tomorrow some time.

Re: Lambretta GP 500

Hi all, just measured the volume of the boost bottle and it is 300ml. The bottle itself is a very ridged abs plastic. I also shone a maglite with a fiber optic tip in to it. It is completely empty ie no bladder etc.

Re: Led/brightness

I think LED bulbs are the way to go, they use much less power and much less volts to light them, 0.1v on some. And LED are getting brighter as well. All the big car companies are fitting them to all their car including the head lights now.

Lambretta GP 500

I had this crazy idea last year of putting a fecking big two stroke engine from a motocross bike into a Lambretta frame. You know the complete full frame look, a wolf in sheeps clothing. But my past track record of finishing projects off is poor, you should see inside my garage. This combined with m...
