Cheers, I’m getting voltage to the plug but when to try to earth it to check spark there’s nothing at the electrode, I can get the plug body to spark to earth and I’ve felt the jolt myself.

Thanks firekdp, doesn’t it regulate the AC output? Also I wanted to test it before I went down the battery loom route.
Can I find a way just to check the outputs?

Hi fellas, Is there an easy way to test a Lambretta rectifier is doing what it should? I.e. putting out 6 volts A/C whilst also putting out D/C to charge the battery? Jem Booth refurbished a speedo for me last year, did a great job but doesn't have any gears left to convert the odometer from KM to miles. (Had heard he is or has been ill )
