Any chance of sending me a copy of the chart Gaz?,just picked up a 32mm amal that might work better,think the 34 is way too big
By the way thats not far off what its jetted at

yep,thats where I have gone before,A/F said that due to changes in modern fuels it was misleading and took it down

fit one last year,would not work properly, decided to get it working inline with SIP speedo unit. found hole in tank was the cause ,it was jamming the float. reamed out and everything works perfectly

Hi all, just servicing an SX200, its running very, very rich! this scoot was built more than 10 year ago and has finally got on the road.the carb is a 34mm Amal Mk2 . anybody know where I can get info for jetting ,as I feel this has just been chucked together,its actually jetted higher than my TS1, ...

changed engine mounts ,slightly better now, changed rear hub it was totalled + oilseal leaking. everything right as rain now,has done 200 miles since and is happy with it :roll:

Have checked everthing without too much strip down,right hand engine mount appears to be strained towards the top! :)
quite possibly the cause?
