Agree, a real PITA. I don't really go on forums much. I keep an eye on here (irregularly at the moment) and will contribute if at all possible but my visits will become even less frequent now I think. Hi Bobo, not sure you'll get both and be careful of your choice. Quiet tends to be er, quiet, Tinny tends to be loud. Also, "Tinny" mainly equates "thin" = "fails early"

Agent Buchwald, The AEM afr gauge is very accurate, but is not terribly robust. I'd add that the Bosch sensors clog up with the two stroke oil on a fairly regular basis and start to give you false readings, and need replacing on a regular basis. Sounds like you're getting enough fuel, if you put choke on and seems to run fine. More likely blocked jets or drillings for the fuel passages.Strip carb and a tin of aerosol carb cleaner and or compressed air should see you right.
