so actually drill out the hole a bit before giving it to the sprayers? What about a millimetre?

Re: Rally with er...points
OK splendid...Its off! Made a little flywheel boss holder and undid the nut (after copious helpings of WD). Then the three legged puller did the rest.
So how now do I tell what crank it is? or do I need to disassemble more before being able to tell?
Thanks Kevin

Re: Rally with er...points
OK thanks anyway...the plot thickens! It was always going to get taken apart, just not before the body work had been sent off to the blasters. This will give my shed a bit of breathing space. I just got tempted to start doing a bit of sleuthing on the engine a few evenings ago:-) I'll start a pictur...

Re: Rally with er...points
Yes okay chap, i'll get a picture tonight. I havent the engine number to hand but Scooterhelp says its a Rally '76 engine. Hence the confusion Is it Spanish? hmm well I couldnt rule it out but the buyer said he bought it from Italy and he seemed like an honest chap. Assuming its one or the other, is...

Re: VESPA Rally200 and the NOSA
No...I think hes just imported it and never got around to doing anything with it. So a a new V5 is needed. Ive got the additional hassle of our 'local' inspectors is shutting down in October and dont know what the process is after that. Ive heard there maybe appointed garages but am not sure. Either...
