Re: Exhaust set up
Cheers Lamaddict. I'm currently using the original set up including exhaust. I just feel the Lambretta is holding back power due to the set up. The top end has recently been rebuilt and new bearings and seals in the case. Now it's all bedded in I feel the scoot can push out more power.

Exhaust set up
Running a standard tv175 with the original MB21 BS5 carb.
The question I have is,
Could I fit a BGM V4 exhaust and a SH1/20 carburettor onto this engine with positive effect? Would the engine be underpowered for this set up?

Hiya Guys, Running a standard series 2 Tv 175 but I'm looking to upgrade the exhaust and carburettor for that little extra pull on the hills. At the moment I feel she's being strangled by the standard set up. I'm running the original carb(MB21 BS5) and also the standard innocenti series 2 exhaust. I...

Front drum brake
I just noticed I have got some grease coming out of the front brake drum onto the wheel. Any ideas before I take it off? The brakes work perfectly.

Engine Rebuild
Small block casing for a series 2 Li150.
I'm looking for a basic price on how much it would cost me
To rebuild the engine with a Muggello 186 kit on?
The casing has been stripped and ready to be built.
I know the kit is about £450 not including a new crank.
Any help would be appreciated.

Bgm damper fitting
I'm fitting a new set of Bgm dampers with the Bgm brackets today. My question is, Do I need to extend the shock a little when I'm fitting it? Or do fit it straight on without trying to extend it? I'm bit of a novice at this damper lark. I'm just thinking about the travel when braking. When heavy bra...
