rb rasping noise at high revs ......
mates rb has a rasping noise when he hits 5000 revs then vanishes when it goes past 6 , no loss in power , only thing hes changed is the exhaust to a franspeed race from an nk in the last few weeks , has anybody else experienced this and could it be the reeds ????

Thats a good idea del , as long as its a steel frame and around a 600 u should be ok !

Can I use an rd 350 reed block fitted straight in to the TS1 with a 5mm packer with the original AF read manifold what about clearance Also it seems to have metal reeds petals- these any good ! On mine I'm looking at the upper fixing bolt and its half covered by chain when tensioner is pushed down enough to gain correct amount of play in chain, so its difficult to get allen key in. Photo makes yours look like this also. just fitting a pull down on mine and am experiancing the same problem...
