might be worth trying another carb off a running scoot mate to discount that side of things,

wont matter mate yellow in first hole brown in second and put your black earth wire in the 4th hole,try taking the green ignition wire off your cdi if the scoot still wont start.

reg yellow,brown,earth in that order left to right......cdi green,green,red,white, from bottom to top,

i had a similar problem,turned out to be a coil on the stator and a crap indian cdi unit,check stikys book for readings regarding all the coils,good luck....is timing and woodfuff key where they should be!

hi mate, soak it in parafin and or duck oil tighten both nuts on one side of the bolts(lock one against the other) and turn the whole center bolt,you might want to warm it up a bit hairdryer works ok!! dont tel the missus.if you lock the other side as well you can rock the bolt.i have shifted a few ...

i use 4% S.I.P oil, rayspeed say to use 4% they make the kit they should know.if it nips up what defence can you use!

naff all leaks out your wallet geez!.stick it on the dyno and then see what you get,might supprise you,speed you go at i think your doin well to get that lol.
