Some indian stators have the red and yellow wires the wrong way round, not sure if it would run if this is the case but you could try pluging the red into regulator and yellow into cdi.

Sounds like your float height is wrong.

The boyesen reeds iv'e been using are the fibreglass dual stage, the pro series are also dual stage but the small petals are carbon fibre with the large petal still fibreglass.
Scooter center sell them but i'm unable to provide a link.

Been using standard boyesens for years in my ts1 but after breaking another set was looking at the pro series but at nearly twice the price was wandering what the gains are if any. I have the PM Tuning single disc & the bolts are too short to go on the Rims. I'm assuming that the slightly longer bolts that came inside the rims box will sort this issue out, although to be honest I could not get the bloody alan keyed bolts out of the disc! I'll try again on the weekend, jus...
