Brake cleaning fluid and a tooth brush, a bit labour intensive bu you can get good results

Currently running a jl4 on my ts1 but thinking of replacing with new devtour? Had an old iron mrb on before and it was perfect for rally use.
Any thoughts

Had a very similar thing happen to my bgm shocker, ripped the threads out!!

Running a slightly tuned ts1 225 with 35mm mikuni ,ram air filter and jl4 pipe, fine when cold but revs high when warm and when slowing down seems to oscilate??? Can't set tick over at all when hot?
