I have also noticed some oil from the breather, but i can assure that no difference in heat has been noticed in the casing.
Coming back home from a long tour a friend of mine had an infrared sensor heat gun and my engine had about the same temperature of two other friends with standard box.

19/46 on my RT240. The engine pulls very strong in all gears, and with the close ratio of the box it will be nice also on your 225.

Due to the lack of MB 71mm pistons from MB i've seen that Beedspeed sells 71mm pistons from KHC brand but i've not tried one yet....

The jump between 4 to 5 on the cyclone is just 16% so closer than indian gp200 box.
