I tied nuts on the end of boot laces and dropped them down from the top of the frame and they came out in the body. The problem is there is a piece of metal welded across the frame tunnel with a small gap for the loom to run through. As the cables are bigger than the loom they snag and can't be pull...

As I bought the scooter in bits I need some help putting it back together like the front hub and spindle. I managed to get it in. I had to put a curve in the tabs as they were snagging the frame inside. Anyhoo, job done.

The horn casing has 4 slits and the badge has 4 tabs that go into the slits. I'm having trouble with the technique of marrying the two up without damaging the badge.

Another quick question. What's the technique for fitting the centre badge on the horn cover on a 150s. There must be a technique but I don't have it
