ive got a 172 malossi reedvalve engine going into it and im thinking burple on the colour
got to dry build and get all the mod holes welded up first lol

t5 rear hub oil seal
Hi probably a silly question but having a blank moment I have a 1985 T5 engine should the rear hub oil seal be the external type. on stripping down im sure its supposed to be external but it has an internal one fitted

Hi has anyone done away with the o'ring on the mmw head and fitted a normal type head gasket, as mine keeps blowing the damned thing,
head is flat and so is the barrel it is torqued to 16lb

built a new engine for me t5 with a 54mm stroke crank and reed valve with a malossi 172 kit and a mmw head what would be the best packer plate or and head gasget combination to use im asking this before i buy the packer or head gaskets. hi does the T5 flywheel bearing just sit proud from the casing, it sticks out a couple of mm
it doesnt seem to want to go in any further and do not really want to tap it anymore

hi need some advice on my t5 172 malossi reedvalve jetting it is malossi reedvalve casing is matched etc with a 30mm delly phbh av266 atomiser, x7 needle 2nd clip from bottom and has a foam filter with a harry barlow machined crank the problem is i am upto a 150 main jet and i think that is too big ...
