Re: ts1 best gearbox ?
I run a ts1 200 amal 34mm and Micron. Used a pacemaker with 16-47 very revvy great fun on the twisties, but lacked top speed. Indian gp 19-47, much better cruising 70 ish but nasty gap between 3&2 when working the bike around the lanes. SX200 might be a haapy medium. Just don't gear too high.

Re: Bleeding brakes!
That set up looks an absolute nightmare to bleed.
is it possible to temporarily move the master to a position directly above the slave. If so cable tie the lever down, leave it alone for 24hrs and it should bleed itself.

Also the delerotto (sic) official line is the number on the jet relates to flow rate rather than hole size. unless we build a te...

With the benifit of EGT gauge I found wit av 266 and x7 there's a weak spot on the "shank" of the needle.
Now running x4 tip clip much happier.

I feel exactly the same about mine.
In the right company I now rarely drop below 70 on mtorways 50+ miles at a time. tops out at 79.6 GPS goes uphill as fast as it does down.
I run a 30 mm delly static timing 17 degrees and af road on li 150 @ 4.6.

Re: fault finding stator (all readings perfect)
What makes you so sure your cdi is ok, when every check is pointing to a good stator.
