Both engines are having the same amount of oil through the engine because bike 1 is at 4% but does 16miles and bike 2 although at 2% only covers 8miles...

Yes from personal experience.
luckily it just snapped off the part you put the bleeding hose over.

Be very careful if you run BGM or fat dampers or the first time you brake hard it will snap it straight off.
