Warning The 30mm PHBH Jetting that I said was being tested is running WEAK on the transition from the pilot jet to the needle at ¼ throttle; it does not “pink†but is very, very weak and liable to blow a piston! Even going at 40 mph Am going to try an X4 needle to see if it resolves the problem...

Sorry for the delay about the jetting, had a few issues with the customers bike which were unrelated, like knackered rear hub bearing, after fitting a new one, layshaft did not line up with the back plate and was locking up. And so on and on......................... Any way, Set up 30mm PHBH Gearbox...

That is the problem, different makes of silencer have difference width of seam on the inside, had the same problem.
Some had to be taken right off and re-welded.
Where are they being made? all in good time

When you sat the the body hits the head cowl what part of the silencer, the cone or is it the seam on the inside?

Hi, Mick Dale is right on the money as far as how they are made, the Avanti Clubman was not produced for the kit, I kept getting asked for a performance clubman, one that would REV. On the Avanti kit, on Diablo’s Dyno it made 15ft/lbs torque and a shade under 20bhp. A clubman will never be as good...
